BRIEF: CREATE A GRAPHIC DNA FOR MULTI-SHOW PACKAGING
Vice News came to And/Or looking for an all-in-one solution to branding a suite of new international shows, on topics ranging from the global food economy (Counterspace) to fanatical obsession (The Deep End). Vice News needed a partner who could create interior graphic elements that could be used across all of the shows, as well as unique show opens for each individual show.
SOLUTION: A UNIQUE FOOTPRINT FOR EVERY SHOW
We started by tackling the interior graphics toolkit, creating a bold system that allowed each show to share hardworking assets like lower thirds, infographics, and transitions. We then custom designed and animated each show open, keeping its assigned color in mind as a jumping off point. This resulted in nine distinctly different show packages with a shared DNA; and a super efficient package for the Vice News team.
